1. Wrist Shot Drill

Objective: Improve wrist shot accuracy.

Setup:

  • Use a shooting pad or a smooth surface.
  • Place targets (like pucks or cones) in the corners of the net.

How to Perform:

  1. Stand about 10-15 feet away from the net.
  2. Focus on your grip and stance. Bend your knees slightly, keeping your weight balanced.
  3. Pull the puck back with your stick, then shift your weight from your back foot to your front foot as you follow through.
  4. Aim for the targets you set up in the corners of the net.
  5. Repeat for 10 shots, then switch sides.
