3. Dribble Relay Race

To set up, divide players into teams of 4-5. Each team will need a cone set up in a line about 20 yards apart. The first player from each team will dribble to the far cone and back before passing the ball to the next teammate. The goal is for each team to complete the relay as quickly as possible while maintaining control of the ball.
